Ordering, Delivery, and Pickup

• Tues-Fri for daily orders
• Mon-Sun for holidays and large events

Our deliveries typically go out between 12-6pm. If you require a specific time, please let us know at least 24 hrs in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. Additional charges may apply.

Our studio is currently being renovated, we’re offering delivery only at this time.

  • Parksville – $15
  • Qualicum Beach – $20
  • Nanoose, Errington, Coombs – $20
  • Bowser/North Qualicum – $25

Please contact us directly to place your order if you’re having issues.

Yes! Place your order before noon for same-day delivery.

If the recipient is not home, we will leave the flowers in a cool, shaded area near the front door, packed in water, or with the concierge if applicable. We will also notify the recipient that their delivery has arrived. For apartment buildings, we will call ahead to coordinate delivery and ensure it is successfully received.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

We take great care in designing and delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is an issue, please review our policy below:

If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
1. A photo of the arrangement
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Your order number

If you received the wrong arrangement or an item is missing, let us know immediately. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

Orders can be modified or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

* Same-day or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Custom floral arrangements or special orders
  • Flowers that have already been used or are past their freshness window
  • Orders that were refused or left unattended for extended periods
